Welcome to the Cypress Lake UMC web-site! We’re glad you have chosen to spend a few moments here. We invite you to “surf” around and check out the many ministries and activities that are a part of this church.
Our vision is to be “dedicated followers of Jesus making a positive difference for Christ in our community and world.” To fulfill that vision we offer a host of small groups and other opportunities to help people grow in their discipleship to Jesus Christ whether you be taking your first steps in the Christian faith or whether you are a seasoned disciple. We also have groups to help through the various experiences of life such as GriefShare, Divorce Care, Pre-marital, and groups for men or women only.
To get to know our congregation better, we encourage you to attend one of our three Sunday morning worship services. You will find yourself welcomed and you will be with a group of people, who like you, are seeking to know God better. The 8:00 and 11:00 worship services are more traditional featuring traditional hymns, affirmations, etc. The 9:30 service is a more contemporary praise and worship service featuring our Praise Team and contemporary song and chorus.
