Contribution Envelopes
If you are placing an offering in the Sunday collection plate and want the church to send you a statement for tax purposes, you must place it in an envelope with your giving number on it. Our volunteer counters do not know the name of every person who wants to receive a statement and without a number your contribution is likely to be counted as part of the general offering. Below is an image of the two different envelopes you may receive in the mail from us for your contribution envelopes. The top envelope is a supplemental mailing. Look for this if you missed out on the regular mailing of envelopes, i.e. new member, didn't get the first batch, etc.

The lower envelope is mailed to you each quarter and contains a dozen or so envelopes for the following months.
Unless you tell us otherwise, once you have started getting envelopes they will be sent automatically every quarter. If you are a snowbird it is essential that you keep us up to date on your address. These are not sent first class. They are not forwarded. We are billed for every set that is mailed out whether you receive it or not. When we reorder because they went to your other address, we pay for another set.
