Thank you for your interest in volunteering to serve. We are blessed with many members who have chosen to serve at our church and are always looking for more. Feel free to fill out an application and let us know where you wish to serve even if you do not see an opening posted.

Reporter
Do you have an interest in interviewing people? Are you a journalist? We have an opportunity for several people to use these skills in order to improve the information we publish in our website.
If you wish to help us keep our news current and interesting please fill out an application form.
Clerical
Are you a member who likes to talk to people? Are you good with directions? We need volunteers to greet visitors at the front desk, answer the phone and direct guests to various rooms in our complex. We have half day time slots, both morning and afternoon. We will provide you with training. Current available days are Monday-both, Tuesday-afternoon, Wednesday-both, Thursday morning.

Technical
Volunteers are needed to help assist and learn the technical aspects of the worship services and ministries. This includes everything from the operation of the sound board, running computers and the "in-service" projection using the MediaShout software, operation of video cameras, creation of graphics using Photoshop or other graphic programs, recording and duplication of CDs and DVDs as well as the maintenance and updating of this website. If you are interested in assisting in any of these technical areas please fill out the online application or send an email to worshiptech@cypresslakeumc.com.
Nursery
Our infants and toddlers are increasing in number and we need to have volunteers helping the staff during services. Please be sure to sign up when you drop your children off - if everyone volunteers, moms and dads, you will miss the service once every 3-4 months.
