Body and Soul Yoga
Body and Soul Yoga is held on Wednesdays, 9-10 am in the Chapel Meeting Room. We become more spiritually connected through yoga by calming our minds and quieting ourselves to the point that we can tune out the world’s frequency and tune into God’s frequency.
We begin each class with a meditatation, followed by emphasizing breath work and mindfulness, while practicing various yoga postures. Variations to postures are explained so participants of all skill levels may comfortably enjoy the benefits of this time tested health practice. So, it makes no difference if you are a seasoned yogi or a first-timer, if you’re twenty-four or eighty-four, in perfect shape or wanting to change, Body and Soul Yoga is what you are looking for.
