Advent Book Study

By November 23, 2020December 18th, 2020Children and Families, Studies and Groups

Join us for a church-wide study of Adam Hamilton’s Incarnation: Rediscovering the Significance of Christmas. The entire study will be conducted by Zoom, so you can join from anywhere! Grady Wiley will facilitate this study on Tuesdays at 7 pm in December.

In Incarnation: Rediscovering the Significance of Christmas, pastor Adam Hamilton examines the names of Christ used by the gospel writers, exploring the historical and personal significance of his birth. This Advent season church families will come together to remember what’s important. In the face of uncertainty and conflict, Christians reclaim the Christ child who brings us together, heals our hearts, and calls us to bring light into the darkness.

Want to watch Adam Hamilton’s videos to accompany the book? Email Grady Wiley (GWiley@CypressLakeUMC.com) for access to Amplify Media to watch the videos prior to class or on your own schedule.

Books can be purchased via Amazon, Cokesbury, and most book stores.
