Hope in the Holidays

By December 8, 2020December 10th, 2020Announcements, Events

During the season of joy, it can be hard to feel cheerful when your holiday looks different than in years past. Whether you have lost a loved one, are dealing with a chronic illness, are in financial strain, have become estranged/separated from family, or feel lonely, sad, or anxious, we want to help you find hope as you navigate this Christmas season.

We Care Ministries has partnered with Cypress Lake UMC to provide you with resources for surviving – and thriving – in this holiday season.

Watch this 27 minute video with Jessica Bledsoe, LCSW, to better understand what feelings you are experiencing, and how to have hope.

Download the lists of practical advice below to help you cope (printed copies are also available at the Welcome Center and through the church office).
