Are you lonely? Do you have a health concern? Are you grieving? Are you angry? Our Stephen Ministry is eager to partner with you to offer caring Christian support in a one-on-one, confidential setting. Stephen Ministers listen to you, pray with you, care for you, and will walk with you as long as you need. To be referred to a Stephen Minister, call or email the Church Office.

The Flower Delivery Team sends our Sunday altar flowers given to members who are hospitalized, shut-ins, or someone who may have experienced a recent loss or unexpected news that has impacted their life.

The note card ministry is designed for persons who want to spread cheer by writing a message on a Cypress Lake UMC note card to persons on the prayer list and others in our church family.

This team makes prayer shawls that are given to anyone who would like one. Yarn is provided or you can use your own yarn. Donations for yarn are gratefully accepted. This group meets the second and fourth Thursday of each month, except for holidays. The sewers also make various items for our mission partners.

On the first Sunday of the month after the 11:00 am service, this team goes to our homebound members to give communion. The communion team also serves communion at assisted living facilities in the Fort Myers area.

Visitation Team members are assigned a homebound person to visit once per month. Team members are one of our connections between the member/homebound and the church.

The CLUMC Prayer Team is ready to pray intercessory prayers for you, a loved one, or just someone you know who is need of prayer. The Prayer Ministry consists of church members who commit to praying daily on behalf of your prayer requests. Requests are kept in confidence. Prayer Request Form
